母婴床旁护理模式在产科优质护理服务中的应用效果研究

目的：探究母婴床旁护理模式在产科优质护理服务中的应用效果。方法选取2012年5月至2013年4月在我院住院的母婴180对，随机分成实验组和对照组各90对，对照组给予常规模式进行母婴护理，实验组采取母婴床旁护理模式进行护理，对两组产妇及其家属的新生儿护理方法、健康知识掌握情况以及护理服务满意度进行调查。结果护理服务后，实验组产妇及其家属对新生儿正确护理方法的掌握和母婴健康知识的熟悉程度与对照组相比明显提高，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；实验组非常满意65对，满意20对，不满意5对，满意率为94.4％，对照组非常满意41对，满意23对，不满意26对，满意率为71.1％，实验组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论在产科中实施母婴床旁护理能使产妇迅速牢固地掌握正确的育儿方式，形成了和谐的护患关系，且得到了产妇及其家属的高度认可，应该在产科进一步推广。

Effect of mother infant bedside nursing mode on obstetrics quality nursing

Objective To explore the effect of mother infant bedside nursing on obstetric quality nursing.Methods From May 2012 to April 2013 in our hospital , 180 couples of maternal and child were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 90 cases in each group , the control group was given conventional mode of maternal and child care , the experimental group was a-dopted mother infant bedside nursing , neonatal nursing method , health knowledge and satisfaction degree of nursing service in the two groups were compared.Results The neonatal nursing method correctly grasp and maternal and child health knowledge level in experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）.The very satisfied, satisfied, not satisfied couples were 65, 20, 5, re-spectively, the satisfaction rate was 94.4%, those in control group were 41, 23, 26, 71.1%, respectively, the satisfaction rate of the ex-perimental group was better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions The implementation of the maternal and infant bedside nursing can quickly grasp the correct maternal parenting style in obstetrics , forming a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients , and has been highly recognized by the maternal and family members , which should be further promoted in obstetrics.
