2007—2008年珲春市病毒性肝炎流行病学分析

目的分析珲春市病毒性肝炎的流行特征,为完善病毒性肝炎防治策略和措施提供依据。方法对2007—2008年珲春市网络直报的病毒性肝炎疫情调查资料进行分析。结果2007—2008年珲春市急性肝炎年均发病率为193.39/10万,男性发病率高于女性(u=10.60,P0.01),平均发病年龄为46.86岁,多发年龄为30～59岁之间,主要病种为乙型肝炎,职业为工人和农民、家务。结论2007—2008年病毒性肝炎发病率呈上升趋势,应有计划地在重点人群开展甲型、乙型肝炎疫苗的普种和加强接种为主导的综合性防制措施。

Epidemiological Analysis of Viral Hepatitis in Hunchun City during 2007-2008

[Objective]To analyze epidemiological characteristics of viral hepatitis in Hunchun city,provide basis for improving strategies and measures of viral hepatitis prevention and control.[Methods]The data of direct network reports of viral hepatitis epidemic situation in Hunchun city during 2007—2008 were analyzed.[Results]The annual average incidence rate of acute hepatitis is 193.39/lakh in Hunchun city during 2007—2008,and the incidence rate of male was higher than that of female（u=10.60,P0.01）.The average age of patients was 46.86,and most of cases were in the range of 30～59 years old.The hepatitis B was the most common viral hepatitis,and patients mainly were workers,peasants and non-professionals.[Conclusion]The incidence rate of viral hepatitis showed increasing trend during 2007—2008.The comprehensive measures of control and prevention,including universal immunization and strengthening vaccination of hepatitis A and hepatitis B among key population,should be carried out designedly.
