摘 要: | ![]() 采用响应面法优化白囊耙齿菌多糖的提取条件.以提取温度、提取时间、水料比(v/w)为影响因素,在单因素试验的基础上,应用Box-Behnken中心组合方法进行三因素三水平试验,以多糖浸出率为响应值,进行响应面分析.结果自囊耙齿菌多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为:提取温度94.7℃,提取时间3.3h,水料比62:1,白囊耙齿菌多精浸出率预测为16.63%,验证值为16.34%,与预测值的相对误差为1.77%.

Optimization of the Conditions for Extraction of Polysaccharides from Irpex lacteus Using Response Surface Methodology |

Abstract: | ![]() Response surface methodology was applied to optimize the extraction conditions of polysaccharides from Irpex lacteus.Extraction temperature,extraction time and the solvent/solid ratio were selected as causal factors.A three-factor-three-level experiment design was developed by Box-Behnken central composite design method based on the results of the single factor experiments.The extraction ratio of polysaccharides was used as the responsive value.The optimal conditions for extraction of polysaccharides were as follows:extraction temperature 94.7 ℃,extraction time 3.3 h,solvent/solid ratio 62︰1.The predicted best recovery of polysaccharides was 16.63% while the actual recovery was 16.34%,with the relative error of 1.72% |
