| 摘 要： | 目的:观察去甲长春花碱(NVB)、顺铂(DDP)联合治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效。方法:自2000年11月至2002年4月,对21例晚期非小细胞肺癌采用去甲长春花碱联合顺铂的化疗方案治疗。结果:全组21例,部分缓解8例,总有效率为38%。主要毒性反应为骨髓抑制,其中白细胞下降Ⅲ、Ⅳ度者达57.1%。结论:去甲长春花碱联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效较好。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of navelbine plus cisplatin in treatment of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Method From January2000to April2002,twenty-one patients with advanced NSCLC were enrolled in this study.They were treated with chemotherapy scheme of navelbine plus cispatin.Results Eight patients had partial response.An overall response rate was38%.The toxicity was chiefly hematology in the form of neutropenia,57.1%in gradeⅢandⅣ.Conclusion A high response rate was obtained in advanced NSCLC treated by chemotherapy of navelbine plus cispatin. |
