补气生血口服液的药效学研究

目的探讨补气生血口服液的药效学作用。方法通过小鼠致咳、酚红排泌、对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿、小鼠免疫功能、兔血黏度等实验对补气生血口服液进行药效学研究。结果补气生血口服液能明显延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏期,减少小鼠咳嗽次数,增加小鼠气管内酚红排泌量,抑制小鼠耳壳肿胀,提高Cy小鼠单核细胞吞噬指数和吞噬活性,增强Cy小鼠溶血素抗体生成,能使Cy损伤小鼠脾脏质量增加,增高家兔血黏度。结论补气生血口服液具有显著补气生血功效。

Study on pharmacodynamics of Buqishengxue oral liquid

Objective It is to approach the pharmacodynamic action of Buqishengxue oral liquid.Methods The pharmacodynamic action of Buqishengxue oral liquid were observed in the experiments of cough,phenol red secretion,p-xylene-induced ear swelling and immune function in mice,and blood viscosity rabbits.Results The Buqishengxue oral liquid significantly prolonged cough incubation period,reduced the cough times,increased tracheal phenol red secretion,restrained the volume of auricular swelling,improved Cy mouse mononuclear phagocytic index and phagocytic activity of mice,enhanced the Cy hemolytic antibody in mice,increased spleen weight of Cy mice,and increased the blood viscosity of rabbits.Conclusions The blood of Buqishengxue oral liquid has significant effect.
