摘    要:
目的 观察实验性心肌梗塞大鼠血流变等指标的变化规律,探讨缺血性心脏病的发病机理。方法 采用乙醚浅麻醉下结扎大鼠冠状动脉制备急性心梗模型,并与对照组比较,观察心肌酶及血流变等指标的变化规律。结果 急性心梗模型组较正常组心肌酶水平和血流变指标升高,血液粘滞度加大。结论 血液粘滞度的变化在缺血性心脏病的发生发展中起着至关重要的作用,如何降低缺血性心脏病患者血液粘滞度是治疗冠心病保护急性心梗时正常的心肌细胞,预防再发心梗的关键。

Abstract:
Objective To discuss pathogenic mechanism of ischemic heart disease (IHD) by observing change regularity of blood rheology of experimental myocardial infarction rats. Methods The model of AMI rats were made by ligating coronary artery under anesthesia.The blood rheology indexes and myocardial enzyme of experimental group and that of control group were observed. Results The blood rheology indexes blood viscosity and myocardial enzyme of experimental group were higher than that of control group. Conclusion The variability of blood viscosity played an important role on occurrence and development of IHD. How to decrease blood viscosity cells when treating AMI and preventing its relapse.
