| Abstract: | The incidence of injury to spinal column and spinal cord in mainland China is higher than that in the developed countries.There are many controversial issues on the process of diagnosis and treatment.Based on the literature review and authors’ clinical experience,several controversial issues are discussed so as to provide reference for the clinical workers. |
