体外冲击波碎石治疗输尿管结石40例疗效观察

摘    要:
目的探讨体外冲击波碎石治疗输尿管结石的临床效果。方法选择儋州现代医院2009年2月至2011年2月输尿管结石患者80例,上述患者分为两组,观察组和对照组。对照组患者实施输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术,观察组采用体外冲击波碎石术。记录两组患者中碎石有效例数、结石清除例数和失败例数;观察两组患者术后疼痛缓解情况。结果观察组碎石成功率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后疼痛缓解39例,疼痛缓解率为97.5%;对照组术后疼痛缓解31例,疼痛缓解率为77.5%;观察的术后疼痛缓解率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论体外冲击波碎石术治疗输尿管结石临床效果显著,碎石成功率显著高于气压弹道碎石术,且并发症少,能够显著缓解患者的疼痛症状,值得借鉴。

Abstract:
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy on.Methods 80 ureteral calculi patients from Feb.2009 to Feb.2011 from Danzhou Modern Hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group.Control group was performed ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy,while observation group was given extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.The effective rate,stone-free rate,failure rate and pain relief rate of the two groups were recorded.Results The difference of successful rate had statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05);the pain relief rate was 97.5%(39 cases)in observation group and 77.5%(31 cases)in control group.The difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of ureteral calculi with extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy has obvious clinical effect.The successful rate of extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy was obviously higher than that of pneumatic lithotripsy,which can obviously relieve the pain symptoms with less complications,thus is worth learning.
