| 摘 要： | 目的观察辅助化疗期间患者外周血T淋巴细胞计数的变化。方法2010年3月至2011年3月就诊并行辅助化疗的患者,根据疾病采用不同化疗方案,每例患者化疗前均进行血常规检查,同时在第1个周期前、4或5个周期前、第8个周期前均进行外周血流式细胞检测。结果无论是何种方案进行化疗,化疗均导致淋巴细胞计数减少;TC方案化疗后T淋巴细胞（包括CD;T细胞、CD;T细胞）明显减少,NK细胞在FOLFOX方案或XELOX方案化疗后明显减少。结论化疗使肿瘤病人的外周血淋巴细胞及T淋巴细胞均明显减少。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes of T lymphocyte count of patients with cancer during chemotherapy.Methods Patients in this study were enrolled at xuanwu hospital general surgery between may 2010 to may 2011.They received adjuvant chemotherapy.The chemotherapy regimes were determined by desease.Blood test results were obtained on the frist day of each cycle,and flow cytometry results were obtained on the first day of cycles 1,4 or 5,8.ResultsChemotherapy can induce lymphopenia,T lymphocyte(including CD+4 T lymphocyte and CD+8 T lymphocyte)decresed after chemotherapy of TC regime.NK cell decresed after chemotherapy of FOLFOX or XELOX regime.Conclusions The Absolutely lymphocyte count and T lymphocyte count decreaced obversly after chemotherapy. |
