子宫动脉栓塞治疗症状性子宫肌瘤的临床应用

目的评价介入栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤的安全性及疗效。方法13例子宫肌瘤患者,经超选择子宫动脉造影后,根据子宫肌瘤血供及染色情况,经导管注入栓塞剂聚乙烯醇或海藻酸钠颗粒,直至造影证实肌瘤染色消失。术后平均随访12个月。结果术后无严重并发症,患者症状在术后1～3个月缓解或消失,超声随访显示肌瘤大小较术前均有不同程度的减小,在术后早期肌瘤缩小较快,6个月后肌瘤缩小较缓慢。结论子宫肌瘤的介入栓塞治疗是安全和有效的,其长期的有效性仍有待继续观察。

The uterine arteries embolization in the treatment of symptomatic hysteromyomas

Objective To evaluate the safty and effect of embolization for treatment of symptomatic hysteromyomas.Methods Hysteromyomas in thirteen patients were embolized by PVA or KMG through the uterine arteries according to the results of angiography.All patients were followed up for at least 12 months.Results There were no severe complications after embolization.The symptoms were released or disappeared in one to three months after embolization.The reduction in volumes of leiomyomas showed by ultrasound was significant in the early time after embolization , but hading no significant changes in the six months later.Conclusion The interventional embolization for treatment of hysteromyomas is safe and effective.The long-term effect still need to be observed.
