"托管制"条件下整体竞争策略的实践与探索

无锡市“医疗服务资产经营委托管理”改革举措触发了全市及周边地区新一轮的医疗市场剧烈竞争,我院年初实施“托管制”以来,将正确的理念作为参与竞争的第一要素,采用理性化的“硬件”投入与塑造优质“软件”环境概念群相结合的整体竞争策略,在竞争中取得了明显的优势,在2002年无锡市卫生系统中夺得门急诊病人数、出院人数、业务收入总量、收入结余、科技获奖数等七项第一。并顺利通过了江苏省基本现代化医院的试评并获得好评。一年来的实践使我们体会到:医院要发展,机制改革最重要;在同行业竞争中要取胜,创新理念是关键。理性化“硬件”投入和“软件竞争概念群”的确立相结合是取胜的有效方法。

Practice and exploration of comprehensive competition strategy in the "trusteeship" condition

Trusteeship management to medical service property" in Wuxi City is a new reform method, it leads a new round of medical competition in the city and around. After the trusteeship was implemented in the beginning this year, we regard the correct concept is the most important factor for competition, we use rational "hardware" combined with "software" building to establish comprehensive competition strategy, and remarkable strong points have been obtained in competition, as a result, in 2002, we got 7 most excellent achievements in medical system of Wuxi City, namely No. of patients received emergence service, No. of patients discharged, operational income, balance of income and technical and science rewards etc.. And the hospital passed trial evaluation of initial modem hospitals in Jiangsu Province. After 1 year in conducting the activities, we think: the mechanism reform is the key for hospital development, and the new conception is the most important factor in competition, rational "hardware" combined with "software competition concept group" is an effective method.
