合肥市一起学校流脑爆发疫情的预防和控制

目的了解C群流脑爆发疫情特点,为有效控制流脑提供科学依据。方法对合肥市包河区某职业学校流脑爆发疫情进行流行病学分析。结果自2003年12月10日到2004年4月12日,共发生8例流脑病例。从其中1例的血液中分离培养出C群脑膜炎双球菌。对5名病例的134名密切接触者进行鼻咽部脑膜炎双球菌采样调查结果:C群带菌率为15.6%,B、Y、X、H群各占0.74%。55名教职员工调查结果:C群带菌率为12.7%,B群5.5%,Y和29E群各占1.8%。对该校师生员工分别施行应急服药和接种A C流脑疫苗等综合性处理措施,疫情得到有效控制。结论发生C群流脑爆发疫情后,应急接种A C流脑疫苗,可迅速建立有效的免疫屏障。

Prevention and Control of An Outbreak of Epidemic Cerebrospinal Meningitis in A School in Hefei City

8 cases of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis had been reported in a professional school in the BaoHe distract,Hefei city from Dec 10,2003 to Apr 10,2004.We isolated and cultured serogroup C of Neisseria meningitis cocci from a blood sample of a case.134 nasopharyngeal samples from close contacts of 5 cases were detected for Neisseria meningitis cocci and C,B,Y,X,H group accounted for 15.6%,0.75%,0.75%,0.75%,,0.75% respectively.55 samples from school staff and logistics workers were detected for Neisseria meningitis cocci and C,B,Y,29E group accounted for 12.7%,5.5%,1.8%,1.8% respectively.The comprehensive measures inciuding emergency drugs and A C epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis vaccines were taken and the epidemic were controlled effectively.
