米氮平与多塞平治疗广泛性焦虑对照研究

目的探讨米氮平与多塞平治疗广泛性焦虑的临床疗效和安全性。方法将64例广泛性焦虑患者随机分为两组各32例。研究组口服米氮平治疗,对照组口服多塞平治疗。观察6周,于治疗前及治疗1周、2周、4周、6周末采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评定临床疗效,副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果治疗6周末,研究组显效率为78.1%,对照组为75%。两组比较差异无显著性(χ2=0.087,P>0.05)。两组HAMA评分治疗1周末均较治疗前有显著下降(t=5.93,9.51;P<0.01),并随治疗时间的延续均呈持续性下降;同期两组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(χ2=4.654,P<0.05),且程度较轻微。结论两组抗焦虑效果同步,疗效相当,但米氮平较多塞平安全性更高,依从性更好。

Controlled Study of Mirtazapine vsDoxepin in the Treatment of Generalized Anxiety Disorder

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of mirtazapine and doxepin in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder(GAD).Methods A total of 64 patients with GAD were randomly divided into two groups of 32 ones each,research group took orally mirtazapine and control group did doxepin for 6 weeks.Efficacies were assessed with Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and adverse effects with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS)before treatment and at the ends of the 1st,2nd,4th and 6th week treatment.Results At the end of the 6th week,excellence rates were 78.1% in the research and 75% in the control group respectively,which showed no significant difference(χ2=0.087,P>0.05).Compared with pretreatment,the HAMA scores of both groups lowered more significantly since the end of the 1st week(t=5.93,9.51;P<0.01)and did continously following time of therapy lasting,there was no significant difference in inter-group comparison(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the research than in the control group(χ2=4.654,P<0.05)and degree mild.Conclusion Antianxiety effects are synchronization and efficacy equivaluence for the 2 groups;Mirtazapine has higher safety and better compliance.
