| 摘 要： | 目的观察胃痛消痞方加减对功能性消化不良(FD)大鼠血清一氧化氮(NO)、血浆胃泌素(GAS)的影响。方法将50只大鼠以食醋灌胃建立FD模型,随机分为模型组,中药低、中、高剂量组,吗丁啉组。分别用生理盐水、不同浓度的胃痛消痞方加减、吗丁啉,每日2次灌胃治疗14d;观测各组大鼠血清NO、血浆GAS的含量。结果与模型组比较,各浓度胃痛消痞方加减均能明显降低NO含量、提高GAS含量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);中、高剂量组NO含量低于吗丁啉组(P<0.05);中药各剂量组GAS含量高于吗丁啉组(P<0.01),以中药中剂量组含量最高(P<0.01)。结论胃痛消痞方加减能通过降低血清中NO水平、提高血浆GAS水平,促进FD大鼠的胃肠动力。
