肿瘤内科药学监护的工作体会

目的：总结肿瘤内科临床药师药学监护的工作体会，为临床药师药学监护的工作提供参考依据。方法通过临床药学监护实践案例，总结肿瘤内科临床药师药学监护工作的切入点。结果临床药师可从化疗前各项检查指标的监护、化疗方案选择及剂量调整、化疗药物医嘱审核及执行、患者用药教育、化疗药物不良反应监护及处理、镇痛药物合理使用等方面开展药学监护。结论临床药师应通过理论知识学习与临床实践相结合，不断总结积累经验，增强沟通协作能力，发挥药学专业特长，给予患者积极有效的药学监护，促进肿瘤患者的合理用药，并改善其临床疗效。

Experience of Pharmaceutical Care in the Department of Medical Oncology

Objective To summarize the experiences of pharmaceutical care of clinical pharmacists in the department of medical oncology, and provide references for the future pharmaceutical care by pharmacists. Methods By analyzing the cases of pharmaceutical care practice, we summarized some breakthrough points for clinical pharmacists participating in the work of medical oncology department . Results Clinical pharmacists could carry out pharmaceutical care from such aspects as check of the examination index before chemotherapy, chemotherapy scheme selection and dosage adjustment, prescribed chemotherapy drugs examination and enforcement, education on drug use, monitoring and performing treatment on adverse drug reaction, rational use of analgesic drugs and so on. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists should constantly sum up experi-ences through the learning of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice. By enhancing the communication and collabora-tion skills and playing the pharmacy specialty, clinical pharmacists could give positive and effective pharmaceutical care for patients and promote the rational use of drugs.
