重组人白细胞介素-11致肿瘤患者快速性心律失常的护理体会

目的总结重组人白细胞介素-11（rhIL-11）致快速性心律失常的护理体会。方法选择2012年2月～2014年5月在我院肿瘤内科接受rhIL-11治疗后出现快速性心律失常的肿瘤患者8例,回顾性分析其临床资料、治疗和护理方法,总结其护理要点。结果经胺碘酮治疗后,8例患者的心律失常均在5天内消失,转为窦性心律,无其他不适,未出现严重不良反应。结论患者接受rhIL-11治疗后出现快速性心律失常时,护理人员应及时协助患者吸氧,使其保持平静;适时给予胺碘酮治疗,同时予持续心电监护;积极进行心理干预,观察并及时处理患者可能发生的各种不良反应。

Nursing Experience of the Tachyarrhythmia Caused by Recombinant Human Interleukin-11

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of the tachyarrhythmia caused by recombinant human interleukin-11（rhIL-11）.Methods In this study selected were eight cases of patients with tachyarrhythmia caused by rhIL-11 admitted in the medical oncology department of our hospital between February 2012 and May 2014.Their clinical data,treating ways and nursing methods were retrospectively analyzed,and the key points of nursing were summarized.Results After the treatment with amiodarone,the tachyarrhythmia of the eight patients all disappeared in five days.The heart rhythm returned to sinus rhythm,and no other discomforts or severe adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion For the patients with tachyarrhythmia caused by rhIL-11,the nurses should assist the patients with oxygen inhalation timely so as to keep them calm down;treat them with amiodarone in good time and monitor their electrocardiogram at the same time;give them psychological intervention actively,observe and treat various adverse reactions promptly.
