摘    要:【目的】研究低压低氧致大鼠肺动脉高压、肺血管重构中结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)表达的变化及意义。【方法】SD大鼠随机分为常氧对照组和低氧组,每组动物10只。HE染色观察肺血管重构,免疫组化检测肺血管CTGF蛋白表达变化,原位杂交检测CTGFmRNA表达变化。【结果】低氧组大鼠血管壁厚度/直径(WT%)、管壁面积/血管面积(WA%)、CTGF蛋白和mRNA表达均较对照组明显增加(P〈0.05)。【结论】低压低氧导致肺血管重构,CTGF在肺动脉中表达增强,CTGF可能在肺血管重构中起重要作用。

Abstract:[Objective] To investigate the relation between hypoxia-induced pulmonary artery remodeling and connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) expression in pulmonary arteries. [Methods] Twenty male SD rats were randomly divided into control group and hypoxia group. Pulmonary artery remodeling was observed by HE staining.Immunohistochemistry methods were performed to determine CTGF protein expression in pulmonary arteries.
