| 摘 要： | 目的建立测量疏血通注射液氨基酸的有效方法。方法利用高效液相色谱采用梯度洗脱测定疏血通注射液中的氨基酸。结果该法回收率为98.4%,RSD为2.02%。结论本方法精密度高、稳定性好,可作为疏血通注射液质量分析的有效方法。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish an effective method for determining Shuxuetong injection.METHODS Amino acid and peptides in Shuxuetong injection were determined with gradient elution. RESULTS The recovery was 98.4% and BSD was 2.02% .CONCLUSION The method is accurate, the stability is good, and it can be used to analyze the quality of Shuxuetong injection. |
