摘    要:
目的:介绍粉葛与番薯的真伪鉴别方法。方法依据二者的植物形态、性状特征、显微鉴别、理化反应,薄层色谱等项目进行检验鉴别。结果通过这些简单的操作方法即可作出准确的鉴别。结论此方法可作为鉴别粉葛与番薯的可靠依据。

Abstract:
Objective To introduce authenticity identification method of kudzu and Sweet Potatoes.Methods To identification test according to the traits , microscopic identification , physical and chemical reaction , thin layer chromato graphy test items of both .Results Through these simple operation method , we can make accurate identification .Conclusion This method can be used as a reliable basis for identification of kudzu and Sweet Potatoes.
