| Abstract: | Objective To introduce authenticity identification method of kudzu and Sweet Potatoes.Methods To identification test according to the traits , microscopic identification , physical and chemical reaction , thin layer chromato graphy test items of both .Results Through these simple operation method , we can make accurate identification .Conclusion This method can be used as a reliable basis for identification of kudzu and Sweet Potatoes. |
