补血消风方治疗慢性湿疹血虚风燥型的临床研究

目的：观察补血消风方治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法采用随机、对照设计方法，按照治疗组和对照组为1∶1的比例把120例慢性湿疹患者随机分组，其中治疗组60例，对照组60例。基础治疗：两组均给予氯雷他定10mg，1次/日，治疗组给予同时给予补血消风方治疗，对照组给予复方地塞米松乳膏治疗。疗程为30天，观察湿疹面积及严重度指数的评分法和视觉模拟尺度评分法进行评分判定临床疗效。结果治疗组愈显率60％，对照组愈显率43.3％，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（ P＜0.05），治疗组复发率明显低于对照组。结论补血消风方治疗慢性湿疹能显著改善患者的临床症状，提高临床治疗效果的稳定性。

Clinical Research of Blood Xiaofeng party on Treating Chronic Eczema of Blood Deficiency and Wind Dryness

Observation on therapeutic efficacy of blood Xiaofeng was conducted in treating chronic eczema .Methods All the 120 cases of chronic eczema was assigned to the treatment group （60 cases） and control group（60 cases） in a 1：1 ratio with a randomized, controlled method.Basic treatment： Each group was treated with loratadine at 10mg, once a day.Besides the control group was given compound dexamethasone cream while the treatment group given blood Xiaofeng with a course of 30 days.Eczema Area and Severity Index score and a visual analog scale score were used to judge clinical efficacy .Results The markedly effective rate of treatment group and control group were 60%, 43.3%respectively （ P＆lt;0.05 ） .The recurrence rate of treatment group was significantly lower than the control group . Conclusion Blood Xiaofeng can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic eczema noticeably and make the clinical therapeutic effect more stable .
