丹红注射液联合拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效观察

目的：观察用丹红注射液联合拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法选取临床诊断为慢性乙型肝炎的患者66例，分为治疗组和对照组，分别采用单用拉米夫定治疗和加用丹红注射液联合治疗。疗程结束后，对两组病人的肝功能和乙肝病毒指标进行比较及定性定量分析。结果在肝功能指标方面，治疗组33例，显效29例，有效3例，无效1例；对照组33例，显效21例，有效7例，无效5例，两组显效率比较有显著差异（ P＜0.01）。结论丹红注射液联合拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎在肝功能指标改善方面疗效显著。

Clinical Observvntion of Danhong Injeetion Combined with Lamivudine in the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective To observe the curative effect of Danhong injection combined lamivudine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B . Methods To divide 66 patients who have been diagnosed with chronic hepatitis B into two groups ---the treatment group and the control group, respectively adopting lamivudine-only therapy and Danhong added injection treatment .A qualitative and quantitative analysis will be carried out through a comparative study of indicators of liver function and HBV .Results As for indicators of liver function , there exists significant differences （P＆lt;0.01）, with 29 markedly effective, 3 effective and 1 ineffective cases in the treatment group and 21 markedly effective, 7 effective and 5 ineffective cases in the control group .Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Danhong injection combination with lamivudine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B is distinct in improving the function of liver .
