| 摘 要： | 正常生理状态下食管黏膜和食管黏膜分泌的黏液能抵抗胃酸、胆盐及其他化学物质的损害，起到重要的屏障作用。食管的正常运动也是重要的食管屏障作用保护机制之一。许多刺激性的食物、药物都会影响食管的屏障功能，对这一领域的许多问题仍有待进一步的研究。

| Abstract: | Esophageal mucosa and its secretary mucus can prevent injuries caused by gastric acid, bile salt, and other chemical materials. The normal esophageal motility is another important protective mechanism of the esophageal barrier. Many pungent foods and drugs may impact the normal functions of the esophageal barrier. |
