| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨外伤性脾破裂患者行保脾治疗的经验。方法:回顾性分析我院自2007年1月～2010年6月经保脾治疗外伤性脾破裂50例的临床资料。结果:50例患者中,非手术治疗19例,手术治疗31例,其中,脾部分切除术3例,脾单纯修补9例,脾修补联合脾动脉结扎8例,脾切除联合自体脾组织大网膜移植2例。结论:外伤性脾破裂行保脾治疗,较好地维持了脾的生理功能,值得进一步推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore spleen in the treatment of traumatic splenic rupture.Methods:Data from 50 cases with traumatic splenic rupture,were analyzed from 2007 to 2010.Results:In the 50 cases,19 cases were treated by non-operative way,31 cases were treated by operative way.Conclusion:Spleen conserving in the treatment of traumatic splenic rupture retains splenic function,it can be popularized widely. |
