| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨负压封闭引流联合在足跟、踝部软组织缺损中的应用。方法:对10例创伤后足跟、踝部的外伤,骨、肌腱外露难治创面采用清创后VSD治疗7—10天,行腓肠浅动脉皮瓣覆盖创面。结果:皮瓣成活创面愈合,全都一次成功。结论:创面清创后VSD应用,再行腓肠浅动脉皮瓣覆盖创面,是治疗足跟、踝部的外伤,骨、肌腱外露的良好选择。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the combined with vacuum sealing drainage in the heel,ankle soft tissue defect in the application of.Methods:10 cases of traumatic posterior heel,ankle injury,bone,tendon exposed after debridement of refractory wound by VSD for 7-10 days,the superficial sural artery flap for coverage of wounds.Results:flap survival in wound healing,all a success.Conclusion: debridement of wound surface after the VSD application,then the superficial sural artery flap for coverage of wounds,is the treatment of heel,ankle injury,bone,tendon exposure with a good choice. |
