进展性卒中的相关危险因素分析

目的:探讨进展性卒中的相关危险因素。方法:回顾性分析我院近年来收治的55例进展性卒中患者的临床资料,选择同期住院的非进展性的卒中55例患者作为对照组,并对两组患者的危险因素差异进行统计分析。结果:进展组55例患者,高血压39例,占70.9l%,对照组55例患者,高血压20例,占36.36%,经统计学分析,差异有显著意义,P<0.05;进展组,高血糖28例,占50.91%,对照组7例,占12.73%,经统计学分析,P<0.0l,差异有非常显著意义;进展组,颈内动脉狭窄40例,占72.73%,对照组,26例,占47.27%,经统计学分析,差异有显著意义,P<0.05。结论:高血压、高血糖及颈内动脉狭窄是进展性脑卒中的重要危险因素,必须进行重点干预和治疗,以最大限度降低患者的发病率和死亡率。

The Related Risk Factor Analysis for Patients with Progressive Stroke

Objective:To investigate the related progressive risk factors for patients with stroke.Methods:55 cases with progressive stroke were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed for risk factor,compared to 55 patients with non-progressive stroke.Resurts:There were 39 cases with hypertension,accounting for 70.91%in progressive group compared to 20 cases accounting for 36.36%in the control group.28 patients with hyperglycemia were demonstrated in progressive patients(50.91%);and 7 cases,12.73%,in non-progressive group.Internal carotid artery stenosis were detected in 40 cases,accounting for 72.73%in progressive group;and 26 parients,for 47.27% in the control group.Significant difference were respectively received in three aspects above(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.05,respectively). Concluslon:High blood pressure,high blood sugar and internal carotid artery stenosis are the important progressive risk factors for stroke. To reduce morbidity and mortality in these patients,the intervention and treatment are administrated according to these risk factors to the largest extent.
