| 摘 要： | 目的:观察清宫术后雌-孕激素序贯疗法临床效果。方法:对在我院门诊就诊的不全流产患者379例行超导可视清宫术,术后随机分为两组,观察组189例术后常规预防感染同时服用雌孕激素序贯疗法;对照组190例术后常规预防感染治疗。结果:观察组术后阴道时间短、月经按时复潮率高,与对照组比较有显著性差异,P<.0.01。结论:雌-孕激素序贯疗法减少不全流产清宫术后并发症,疗效肯定,值得推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:Clinical effect of estrogen-progesterone sequential antibiotic therapy after evacuation.Methods:Totally 379 cases of incomplete abortion visited out-patient clinic were performed super conductive visual curettage,then divided into two groups,observation group of 189 cases was perform normally prevention of postoperative infection therapy and estrogen-progesterone sequential antibiotic therapy simultaneously;control group of 190 cases was perform normally prevention of postoperative infection therapy.Results:Vagina bleeding time was markedly shorter,and the return ratio of menses was higher in observation group than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Estrogen-progesterone sequential antibiotic therapy is effective in decreasing postoperative complications of curettage with incomplete abortion. |
