孟鲁司特对儿童哮喘肺功能改善及心肌的保护作用研究

目的:探讨孟鲁司特对儿童哮喘肺功能改善及心肌的保护作用。方法50例婴幼儿哮喘患者随机分为对照组25例和治疗组25例,对照组采用吸氯、镇静、抗感染及雾化吸入等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用孟鲁司特治疗,4mg/d。比较两组患儿的疗效、肺功能指标和心肌酶指标,肺功能指标用肺活量(FVC)、第1s用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力呼气流量(PEFR),心肌酶指标用肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)。结果治疗2周后,治疗组的总有效率为92.0%(23/25),相比对照组80.0%(20/25)有显著性差异,P<0.05。治疗组的FEV1、PEFR显著优于对照组,P<0.05;且治疗组的CK、LDH显著低于一对照组,P<0.05;两组的FVC无显著性差异,P>0.05。结论孟鲁司特能够缓解支气管哮喘患儿的临床症状,且具有改善肺功能和保护的心肌良好作用。

Meng of Childhood Asthma Plus Salmeterol Had Lung Function Improved and the Myocardial Protection Research

Objective:To childhood asthma plus salmeterol had meng lung function improvement and myocardial protection. Methods:50 cases of asthma patients were randomized control infants 25 cases in treatment group and control group in 25 patients,by oxygen,calm,anti-infection and conventional treatment aerosol inhalation of treatment group in the control group.the basis of plus salmeterol had treatment combined with meng,4mg/d.Compared with two groups of children’s curative effect,pulmonary function index and myocardial enzymes index.pulmonary function index with vital capacity(FVC),the first 1s(FEV1),forced expiratory flows(h.),cardiac enzyme index with creatine kinase(CK) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH).Results:Treatment two weeks after.the total effective rate of the treatment group 92.0%(23/25),compared with controls 80.0%(20/25) have significant differences,P<0.05.The treatment group is significantly better than the control group.h.FEV1,P<0.05;And the treatment group significantly below the CK,LDH group,P<0.05;Two groups of FVC no significant differences,P>0.05.Conclusion:Meng plus salmeterol had can alleviate the bronchus asthma patients with clinical symptoms,and improve lung function and protect myocardial good effect.
