| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中药治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法:研究对象为120例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,两组均给予常规西药治疗,实验组在对照组基础上加用中药治疗。结果:经过治疗,实验组SBP、DBP、2hPG、FPG、TG、HbAlc和2h-INS等指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组并发症率显著少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组均未发生严重用药副反应。结论:在西药常规治疗的基础上,对2型糖尿病加用中药治疗,对于控制血糖和减少相关并发症是很有意义的,可以显著提高患者生括质量,值得在临床上应用推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Chinese traditional drugs used for Type 2 Diabetes.Methods:120 cases of patients with Type 2 Diabetes were divided into experimental group and control group.Western drugs was used for control group, and Western drugs combined with Chinese drugs was used for experimental group.Results:The indexes such as SBP、DBF、2hPG、FPG、TG、HbAlc and 2h-INS in experimental group were significantly better than that in control group after therapy(P<0.05);and the complications were significantly less than that in control group during therapy(P<0.05).Conclusion:Western drugs combined with Chinese drugs and community nursing used for gastric ulcer,can significantly for Type 2 Diabetes,is meaningful for controlling blood sugar, reducing complications and enhance life quality,so it deserved applying and prompting in clinical work. |
