| 摘 要： | 目的建立顽痹乐凝胶剂的制备工艺及质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中主要药味祖师麻、白芍、当归、桂枝、秦艽、伸筋草进行定性鉴别。结果顽痹乐凝胶剂中的主要有效成分与相应对照品均有相同的鉴别反应,阴性对照品溶液色谱中无此斑点。结论该制剂工艺合理,薄层鉴别方法专属性强、重现性好,可作为该制剂质量控制方法之一。 |
