布地奈德雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期效果观察

目的:探讨布地奈德雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的临床疗效。方法:50例AECOPD患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组25例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用布地奈德雾化吸人治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、肺功能情况、治疗前后的血气指标变化以及病情恶化次数和住院次数。结果:观察组的总有效率为88.0%显著高于对照组的72.0%,P<0.05。且观察组治疗后的肺功能情况、治疗前后的血气指标变化以及病情恶化次数和住院次数方面均显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:布地奈德雾化吸入治疗AECOPD能明显缓解患者的症状,改善分功能和血气指标,减少病情复发。

The Effect of Inhating Budesonide Suspenion in Treatment of Acute Exacerbations of Chronic bstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective:To discuss the effect of inhating budesonide suspenion in treatment of acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods:To the 50 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into two groups,the control group 25 cases and the observation group 250cases.The control use routine therapy,the observation group inhating budesonide suspenion which base on the control group,the two groups are compared in Clinical efficacy,pulmonary function,treatment changes and blood gas before and after the exacerbation frequency and hospitalization.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.0%which was significantly higher than the 72.0%,P<0.05.And the observation group,lung function after treatment,treatment before and after the deterioration of blood gas changes and the number of disease areas and the number of hospitalization were significantly better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Budesonide inhalation therapy in patients with AECOPD can relieve symptoms and improve function and blood gas sub-index,reduce relapse.
