初孕妇及其家属对分娩方式的认知情况调查与分析

目的 通过了解正常足月妊娠无任何剖宫产指征的初孕妇及其家属对分娩方式的认知情况,从而有利于开展分娩方式的知情选择.方法采用问卷调查方法,了解50例初孕妇及50例家属对分娩方式的认知情况.结果书报杂志是孕妇获得分娩知识的主要来源.分娩方式与选择与产妇年龄有关.采取何种分娩方式,绝大部分初孕妇自己决定,但在一定程度上也受家属支持情况的影响.结论应对初孕妇及其家属开展多方面的分娩知识宣教,鼓励家属积极与初孕妇一起确定分娩方式.

Survey of the cognition of delivery mode of primiparas and their families

Objective To study the cognition of delivery mode of primiparas with normal fullterm pregnancy without any indications of cesarean section and their families, and to help them made the best choice in delivery mode. Methods Questionnaires were used to study the cognition of delivery mode of 50 primiparas and 50 families. Results Books, newspapers and magazines were the main source that pregnant women learned maternity knowledge. The choice of delivery mode had a relationship with age of pregnant women. Most pregnant women decided the delivery mode themselves, but to some extent it also affected by the support of family. Conclusion Various health eduction about knowledge of delivery should be carried out for the primiparas and their families, and the family members should be encouraged to make decision of delivery mode with pregnant women together.
