| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中西医结合治疗缺血性脑血管病急性期的临床疗效。方法:选取我院急诊科的ICVD住院患者共100例,随机分为实验组与对照组各50例,两组患者均采用西药进行常规治疗,而实验组加用化瘀解毒汤。评价两组患者的临床疗效及安全性。结果:两组治疗后的中风病积分均较治疗前低(P<0.05);两组治疗后积分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组中风病积分较低;实验组总有效率达92%,而对照组总有效率为76.00%,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05);实验组出现1例腹部不适,对照组患者出现1例恶心和1例肌肉疼痛,两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用中西医结合治疗缺血性脑血管病急性期,可获得较佳的临床疗效和安全性。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To learn the effect of ICVD treated with china and foreign medicine in acute stage.Methods:100 ICVD patients divided into 2 groups.2 groups use common therapy with western medicine.The experiment group add huayu jiedu tang.Assess the clinic effect and safety of 2 groups.Results:The apoplexy integrate of post-treatment of 2 groups,has significance(P<0.05),is lower than pretherapy(P<0.05).The diverse of total effective rate of 2 groups(92%vs 76.00%) has significance(P<0.05).The diverse of untoward effect of 2 groups has no significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:The china and foreign medicine has better effect and safety for ICVD in acute stage. |
