蚓激酶治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

目的:观察蚓激酶胶囊治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效。方法:将急性脑梗死患者1250例随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给以蚓激酶治疗。观察两组疗效及治疗后神经功能缺损评分、血浆纤维蛋白原水平的变化。结果:治疗组的总有效率为96.18%,对照组的总有效率为84.39%,两组的总有效率比较;差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分及血浆纤维蛋白原水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:蚓激酶胶囊治疗急性脑梗死临床效果显著,能够显著改善患者的神经功能。

Clinical Observation of Lumbrokinase with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of lumbrokinase on acute cerebral infarction.Methods:1250 cases with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups,cure group and control group.The routine treatment was used to control group,lumbrokinase was given to cure group on the basis of the therapy of control group.Scores of neurologic impairment and plasma fibrinogen was evaluated,and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two group.Results:The total rate of clinical efficacy in cure group was 96.18%,and the total rate of clinical efficacy in control group was 84.39%,there was statistical difference between two groups(P<0.01);after treatment, the scores of neurologic impairment and plasma fibrinogen in cure groups were lower than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Lumbrokinase on acute cerebral infarction has significant clinical effection,and may improve the function of nerve.
