两性畸形的诊治（附52例报告）

目的：探讨小儿两性畸形的诊断和治疗。方法：总结1991年1月1日-2001年3月1日我院52例两性畸形患的临床资料，其中男性假两性畸形20例，女性假两性畸形14例，真两性畸形9例，46XX男性综合征4例，染色体性别异常(未能分类)3例和混合性腺发育不良2例。40例行性腺探查。结果：最终性别32例定为男性，20例定为女性。结论：对外阴模棱两可合并性腺未降的患儿应行性腺探查、活检，有阴道的性别定为男性应行阴道切除。

Objective:To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of hermaphroditism Methods:52 cases of hermaphroditism who were admitted in our department from 1991 1 1 to 2001 3 1 were evaluated,including 20 cases of male pseudohermaphroditsm,14 cases of female pseudonhermaphroditism,9 cases of true hermaphroditism,4 cases of 46XX male syndrome,3 cases of chromosomal hermaphroditism(unclassified) and 2 cases of mixed gonadal dysgenesis.40 cases underwent gonadal exploration Results:There are 32 male and 20 female ultimately Conclusion:Gonadal exploration and biopsy should be done on the patients with confused vulvae and undescending gonad.Vaginal resection should be done on the male patients with vagina
