p16基因在乳腺浸润性导管癌中甲基化的研究

摘    要:
目的探讨p16基因启动子的甲基化与乳腺浸润性导管癌发生的关系。方法采用甲基化特异性聚合酶链反应法(MSP),对42份乳腺浸润性导管癌组织和24份乳腺非癌组织进行p16基因甲基化检测。结果 42例乳腺癌中,18例检测到p16基因甲基化,甲基化率为42.9%;24例乳腺非癌组织中检测到2例(均为乳腺纤维腺瘤)甲基化,甲基化率为8.3%。p16基因启动子的甲基化率乳腺癌组与非癌组比较有显著性差异(χ2=8.619,P〈0.05)。结论 p16基因甲基化对乳腺浸润性导管癌的临床诊断具有一定指导意义。
