化疗联合射频热疗治疗晚期大肠癌的临床观察

目的探讨化疗联合射频热疗治疗晚期大肠癌的近期疗效和不良反应。方法将符合条件的患者随机分成单纯化疗组和化疗联合射频热疗组,两组化疗方案基本相同,联合射频热疗组,同时给予射频热疗2,次/周6,0 min/次,两组治疗前后行疗效评定。结果化疗联合热疗组治疗有效率（44.11%）明显高于单纯化疗组（35.29%）,但无统计学差异（P〉0.05）,两组主要不良反应仍是与化疗相关的副反应,如消化道反应、骨髓抑制及周围神经毒性,相比较均无统计学意义;但化疗联合射频热疗组临床受益率（58.82%）明显高于单纯化疗组（32.35%）,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对于晚期大肠癌患者,采用化疗联合射频热疗可获得更好的疗效和临床受益,未增加不良反应。

Clinical Observation of Chemotherapy Combined with Radiofrequency Hyperthermia to Treat the Advanced Colorectal Cancer
