| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胃癌的CDFI特征及临床诊断价值。方法 对76例经CDFI诊断并由手术和纤维胃镜活检证实的胃癌阳性、假阳性和假阴性病例进行了分析。结果 发现CDFI半定量与胃癌的大小密切相关（P＜0．01）,而且胃癌的血流分布规律与Bormann分型有关。本组CDFI诊断胃癌的正确性为90．8％,敏感性为93．2％。结论 2－DE和CDFI特征结合PD血流参数可提高胃癌的临床诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the features of gastric cancer on CDFI and their value in clinical diagnosis.Methods To analyse 76 cases of gastric cancer diagnosed by CDFI as positive,pseudo-positive and pseudo-negative and confirmed by surgical operation or gastro-fiberscopy.Result It is found that the CDFI semiquantitative is closely correlative to the size of gastric cancer(P<0.01),and that the pattern of blood distribution in gastric cancer is related to the Borrmann classification.The CDFI diagnosis of the 76 cases has a 90.8% accuracy rate;sensibility is 93.2%.Conclusion 2-DE and the features of gastric cancer on CDFI enhance the value in diagnosing the disease with the help of PD blood flow parameters. |
