氦氧140 m饱和-166 m巡回潜水时潜水员应激反应的观察

目的：调查大深度饱和潜水时潜水员的应激反应。方法：用比色法检测潜水各阶段潜水员24h尿17－羟皮质类固醇（17－OHCS）浓度；用荧光法分别检测尿儿茶酚胺（CA），肾上腺素（A）和去甲肾上腺素（NA）含量；用放免法测定潜水前后血浆内促肾上腺皮质激素（ACTH），促卵泡生成素（FSH），睾酮（T），生长激素（GH）及皮质醇（F)含量。结果：饱和暴露阶段17－OHCS，CA，A，NA及出舱后ACTH，FSH，T，GH和F水平均显著高于潜水前（P＜0．05－0．01）。结论：大深度现场饱和潜水期间能够引起潜水员的应激反应。

A study of the stress response of divers in the 140 m heliox saturation-166 m excursion diving

Objective To investigate the stress response of divers in saturation deep diving. Methods The levels of 17-hydroxycorticosteroid(OHCS), catecholamine(CA), adrenaline(A) and noradrenaline(NA) in 24 h urine at different stages of the diving were measured by colorimeter and fluorescence. At the same time, the levels of adrenocorticotrophic hormone(ACTH), follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH), testosterone(T), growth hormone(GH) and cortisol(F) in the plasma before and after the diving were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results As compared with that before the diving, the urine levels of 17-OHCS,CA,A and NA during the diving and the plasma levels of ACTH,FSH,T,GH and F after the diving were all significantly higher (P<0.05~0.01). Conclusions On the spot saturation deep diving may cause the stress reaction of divers in the diving.
