HLA-DRB1等位基因与慢性支气管炎和支气管哮喘的可比性研究

目的　研究慢性支气管炎和支气管哮喘患者的HLA-DRB1 等位基因的异同。方法　采用顺序特异引物聚合酶链反应技术,检测山西汉族74 例慢性支气管炎及64 例支气管哮喘患者HLA-DRB1 等位基因频率,并与正常人群进行比较分析。结果　慢性支气管炎组HLA-DRB11201/1202 基因频率明显增高(P< 0.01),为24.32% ;支气管哮喘组HLA-DRB11501/1502 基因频率明显增高(P< 0.05),为23.44% ;其它等位基因在3 组间无显著性差异。结论　在山西汉族人群中,HLA-DRB11201/1202 与慢性支气管炎相关联,而HLA-DRB11501/1502 与支气管哮喘相关联。

Comparative study of HLA DRB1 allele in patients with chronic bronchitis and bronchial asthma

Objective To make a comparative study of HLA DRB1 allele frequencies in the cases of chronic bronchitis and bronchial asthma.Methods The authors investigated 74 patients with chronic bronchitits and 64 patients with bronchial asthma from among the Han people in Shanxi province. Polymerase chain reaction/single specific primers(PCR/SSP) technique was used for HLA DRB1 typing, and the patients' data were compared with the normal controls'.Results The frequency of HLA DRB1*1201/1202(24.32%) was significantly increased in the chronic bronchitis group ( P<0.01) , and the frequency of HLA DRB1*1501/1502(23.44%) was significantly increased in the bronchial asthma group ( P<0.05) .The frequencies of other DRB1 alleles were not significantly increased in these groups.Conclusion The results indicate that HLA DRB1*1201/1202 allele is associated with chronic bronchitits and HLA DRB1*1501/1502 allele is associated with bronchial asthma in the patients among the Hans in Shanxi province.
