摘    要:研究表明,n-3多不饱和脂肪酸能调节免疫,缓解急性和慢性炎症疾病.传统观点认为n-3多不饱和脂肪酸的抗炎机制是通过竞争环氧酶和脂氧酶从而减少来源于花生四烯酸(AA)的促炎性介质的生成,或通过影响酶与细胞因子的基因表达,抑制促炎症因子产生、调节黏附分子表达来调节免疫功能.但近期研究发现,二十碳五烯酸(EPA)与二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)可在代谢过程中产生一类新型的脂质介质(Resolvin、docosatriene),其在炎症衰退阶段的渗出物中可被检测到,这些代谢中间物都具有潜在的抗炎及免疫调节活性,从而在新的方面揭示了n-3多不饱和脂肪酸发挥抗炎及免疫调节活性的分子机制.

Abstract:Many data indicated that n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids(n-3 PUFA)can modulate immunity,alleviate acute and chronic inflammation.The traditional view of n-3 PUFA anti-inflammatory mechanism was that they competed with cyclooxygenase(COX)and lipoxygenase(LOX)to reduce the pro-inflammatory mediators that from arachidonic acid(AA)or though impacting the gene expression of enzyme and cytokine,inhibiting the production of pro-inflammatory mediators,modulating the expression of adhesion molecules.But recent research found that novel mediators(resolvins and docosartienes)generated from eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA)and doosahexaenoic acid(DHA)displayed potent bioactivity in anti-irflammation and immunoregulation which were first identified in resolving inflammatory exudates.These findings revealed the new aspect of molecular mechanism of anti-inflammatoly and immunoregulatory actions of n-3 PUFA.
