| 摘 要： | 比较冠周炎药膜与碘合剂在治疗急性局限型智齿冠周炎方面的疗效，从而寻找一种疗效好，用药方便的新的药物剂型。根据临床流行病学原理，采用质反应开放型双向序贯试验法，用自制的冠周炎药膜和碘合剂互为对照，局部治疗急性局部型智齿冠周炎。

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the therapeutic effect of the drug membranes and iodine glycerin on pericoronitis of wisdom teeth to find a effective drug agent type which can be conveniently used. Methods: Based on principles of clinical epidemiology, quality reaction double directions sequential trial method was employed for clinical trial. A home made drug membrane was used in the infectious region of acute local pericoronitis of wisdom teeth, and iodine glycerite was used as control. Results: The drug membrane was more effective than the iodine glycerite. The curative days reduced from 7 d to 3 d averagely. Conclusion: The antibiotic drug membrane is acceptable for curing acute pericoronitis. The drug membrane is simply prepared and conveniently employed. |
