东菱迪芙治疗急性脑梗死的临床观察

目的评价东菱迪芙注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床有效性和安全性。方法采用随机对照方法,将80例急性脑梗死患者分为东菱迪芙治疗组和对照组。治疗前和治疗后对患者进行神经功能缺损程度评分、临床疗效评定,并测定纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体和纤维蛋白原降解产物等指标。结果与对照组比较,治疗组患者神经功能缺损评分和生活能力状态的改善差异均有显著性(P<0.05);治疗后纤维蛋白原、纤维蛋白原降解产物、D-二聚体与对照组相比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论东菱迪芙能够降解纤维蛋白原,改善急性脑梗死患者的神经功能缺损和日常生活能力,是一种安全有效的药物。

Clinical observation of the treatment of acute cerebral infarctions with batroxobin

Objective To observe the efficiency and safety of batroxobin in acute cerebral infarction.Methods 80 cases with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into batroxobin group and control group.Neurological deficits and daily life activity of the patients were observed and the concentration of fibrinogen,fragment D-dimer and fibrinogen degradation products(FDP)were determined in acute cerebral infarction in the batroxobin group and the control group before and after treatment.Results There was statistically significant difference in score of neurologic impairment and clinical effect after therapy between the two groups.The concentration of D-dimer,fibrinogen and FDP were significant difference in the batroxobin group before and after 21 days treatment.Conclusion Batroxobin is effective and relatively safe in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction due to the improvement of neurological deficits and daily life activity of the patients.
