| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨一次性矫正颏部宽大及颏部后缩畸形的方法。方法：应用颏部缩窄截骨结合高密度多孔聚乙烯（Medpor）隆颏矫正颏部宽大后缩畸形患者11例。结果：11例患者颏部宽大及后缩畸形得到矫正，效果满意。结论：颏部截骨缩窄结合Medpor隆颏可一次性矫正颏部宽大及颏部后缩畸形，解决了单纯颏部截骨术后或单纯隆颏术后局部不能达到最佳的手术效果的弊端。
