对康复期精神分裂症患者心理干预的效果评价

目的 探讨一般支持性心理治疗和认知疗法对改善康复期精神分裂症患者心身症状的作用.方法 将120例康复期精神分裂症患者随机分为干预组和对照组各60例,干预组在临床治疗的同时,采用支持性心理治疗和认知疗法.于入组时、入组后2周和4周,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)分别评估两组患者的心理状况.结果 心理干预后2周、4周,干预组患者SAS、SDS标准分与干预前比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05～0.01),对照组无显著差异(P＞0.05).结论 一般支持性心理治疗和认知疗法能有效改善康复期精神分裂症患者的心理症状.

Evaluation on the Effects of Psychological Intervention in the Rehabilitation of Patients with Schizophrenia

Objective To explore general supportive psychotherapy and cognitive therapy to improve the role of psychosomatic symptoms in patients with schizophrenia during rehabilitation.Methods 120 cases of patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into the intervention group and control group,each group 60 cases.In the intervention group using cognitive therapy and supportive psychotherapy as clinical treatment.Before the intervention 2 and 4 weeks after the intervention,Anxiety Scale and self-rating depression scale were used to test the two groups respectively.Results After two weeks,four weeks,scores of anxiety and depression self-rating scale had significant differences(P<0.05~0.01) from before the intervention in the intervention group,but no significant difference in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Generally supportive psychotherapy and cognitive therapy can effectively improve psychological symptoms in patients with schizophrenia during rehabilitation period.
