| 摘 要： | 目的观察岩舒注射液联合NP方案在晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）中的疗效。方法：所有病例均经病理和（或）细胞学确诊为晚期NSCLC。其中：治疗组42例行长春瑞滨（NVB）加顺铂（NP）方案化疗同时加用岩舒注射液。对照组26例单用NP化疗,不加用其他生物制剂或中药。结果：治疗组和对照组的总RR分别为28.6%和19.2%（P=0.003）,总临床受益率（CBR）分别为71.4%和61.5%（P=0.0032）,中位进展时间分别为6.2个月和4.9个月（P=0.06）,治疗组与对照组疗后的生活质量（QOL）评分比较有明显提高（P=0.008）,毒副反应亦较轻（P=0.006）。结论：岩舒注射液能明显改善晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）患者的RR、CBR、QOL,并且能增效减毒,具有良好的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To obseve the therapeutic efficacy of Yanshu injection advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:There are two groups,group of Yanshu injection combined with NP,group of NP,68 cases of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Result: group of Yanshu injection combined with NP had a better effect of raising the quality of life,improve the symptoms than group of NP(P<0.05).Conclusion: group of Yanshu injection combined with NP could improve the symptoms,alleviate the quality of life,reduced the toxicity of chemotherapy. |
