| 摘 要： | 目的：观察步长龙生蛭治疗缺血性脑卒中的效果。方法：将290例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组148例和对照组142例，对治疗组给予步长龙生蛭治疗，对照组采用常规治疗，14天为一个疗程。结果：治疗组有效率明显高于对照组，两组差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：步长龙生蛭治疗缺血性脑卒中疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating ischemic stroke with Buchang Longsheng Zhi. Methods： Randomly divided 290 cases into treatment group （n=148） and control group （n=142）, the treatment group treated with Buchanglong Shengzhi, the control group treated with conventional treatment, 14 days as a course. Results： The effective rate of treatment group was obviously better than control group, there was a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating ischemic stroke with Buchang Longsheng Zhi can make a better effect. |
