异位妊娠药物保守治疗及辨证施护

目的：通过单次肌肉注射甲氨蝶呤（MTX）治疗异位妊娠,避免因手术造成疤痕及周围组织的粘连,减少重复妊娠的发生。方法：将异位妊娠38例行药物保守治疗,应用TMX50mg溶于5ml注射用水内深部肌肉注射,若效果不满意,一周后重复注射一次。结果：治愈32例,无效8例行手术治疗,治愈率达84．2％。结论：MTX肌肉注射治疗异位妊娠,疗效确切。对患者的病情观察和护理在异位妊娠的整个治疗过程中是非常重要的。

Conservative treatment and differentiation nursing of ectopic pregnancy medicine

Objective： In order to avoide scar and surrounding tissue adhesion caused by surgery, and reduce the incidence of repeat pregnancy by treating ectopic pregnancy with the methotrexate muscle injection. Methods： 38 cases ofectopic pregnancy were treated with conservative medical treatment, dissolving 50mg TMX into water of injection, and injected them into muscle, if the effect was unsatisfa -ctory, repeated the injection for 1 time after 1 week. Result： 32 cases were cured, invalid for 8 cases with surgery, the cure rate reached to 84.2%. Conclusion： The effect of treating ectopic pregnancy by injecting MTX into muscle was exact, and it was important that observing Patient＇s condition and nursing during entire course of ectopic pregnancy treatment.
