当归拈痛汤配合四妙散治疗急，陡痛风性关节炎44例临床观察

目的：观察当归拈痛汤配合四妙散治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将88例急性痛风性关节炎患者随机分为两组。治疗组44例，予当归拈痛汤配合四妙散；对照组44例，予秋水仙碱片和别嘌呤醇，两组疗程均为2周。观察治疗前后病变关节肿胀、疼痛、活动等情况及血尿酸及血沉等指标变化。结果：治疗组临床总有效率（95．5％）明显优于对照组（79．5％）（P〈0．05）。治疗组在降低血尿酸和血沉方面也明显优于对照组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论：当归拈痛汤配合四妙散能明显改善急性痛风性关节炎的症状体征，并降低血尿酸和血沉水平，疗效确切，且无明显副作用，值得推广。

The clinical observation of treating 44 cases of acute gouty arthritis in angelica Niantong decoction plus Simiao san

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating acute gouty arthritis in angelica Niantong decoction plus Simiao san. Methods： 88 cases of acute gouty arthritis were randomly divided into two groups. 44 cases in treatment group received angelica Niantong decoction plus Simiao san, and 44 cases in control group received colchicine and allopurinol tablets for 2 weeks as a course. Observing the situation of joint swelling, pain, activity, etc in before and after the treatment and index changes of blood uric acid and erythrocyte sedimentation rate, etc. Results： The total clinical effective rate in treatment group was 95.5%, which was obviously better than control group （79.5%） （P〈0.05）. In aspect of reducing blood uric acid level and erythrocyte sedimentation rate, which also obviously better than control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Angelica Niantong decoction plus Simiao san could obviously improved signs and symptoms of ante gouty arthritis and reduce blood levels of uric acid and ESRk, which had obviously effect and no side effects, so it is worth widely using.
