| 摘 要： | 目的：观察手法复位治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析我院近年收治的128例肱骨外科颈骨折患者的临床资料。结果：本组128例患者进行手法复位后均进行功能锻炼，固定时间为4～6周，平均5．4周；治愈98例，好转28例，未愈2例，总有效率为98．4％。结论：手法复位治疗肱骨外科颈骨折效果理想。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe clinical effects of treating humeral surgical neck fracture by manual reduction. Methods： Retrospective analysis clinical data of 128 patients in our hospitals in recent years. Results： 128 patients underwent manual reduction received functional training, fixed for 4 to 6 weeks, for an average of 5.4 weeks; Cured were 98 cases, improved in 28 cases, invalid in 2 cases, and total effective rate was 98.4%. Conclusion： Treating humeral surgical neck fracture by manual reduction could make a good effect. |
