| 薤白平喘作用有效部位的筛选研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的:对薤白平喘作用的有效部位进行筛选。方法:采用醇沉法及大孔树脂分离法进行初步分离得到水提醇沉淀、含氮化合物、皂苷及皂苷元部位,采用组胺致离体豚鼠气管片收缩模型进行药效学筛选。结果:薤白皂苷部位具有显著的平喘作用,其舒张率达到(178.76±11.07)%。结论:皂苷类成分是薤白平喘作用的有效部位。 |
